Alun Watkins launches Kalm to help clients optimise building energy performance

With 30 years of construction industry experience, Alun has fulfilled many roles as Client, Consultant, Project Manager and Contractor. A certified Passivhaus Consultant he has specialised in sustainable and low energy construction since 2002. Alun is also a part-time lecturer, teaching a variety of building energy and sustainability modules at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David’s in Swansea.
